8th to 10th April 2022   The Trans Cambrian Ride is a 106 mile mountain bike route starting at the English/Welsh border (at Knighton) and finishing at the Irish Sea....

Fairly straightforward route, following the river for roughly 7km up the burn, past Robbers' Waterfall to the bealach between Stob Coir' an Albannaich and Glas Bheinn Mhor.

Little walk report below from last week's hike up the munros of Meall a'Bhuiridh (1108m) and Creise (1100m) in Glencoe.

The range includes classic mountains such as Tryfan, Crib Goch and Pen Y Fan, plus wild places liek Forest Fawr and all three Welsh national parks.
